Return Process

  Visit our Returns Portal and enter your Order ID and registered mobile number to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Inspection

  Pack the items securely in their original packaging; our courier partner will conduct a brief surface check during the doorstep pickup.

  Reverse Logistics

  Once picked up, your package will be shipped back to our central warehouse for a comprehensive quality assessment by our styling team.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Upon successful verification, your refund will be credited to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 5-7 business days.
